Surface high frequency treatment
In order to meet the cost needs of many customers, we support high-frequency heat treatment on the surface of the pin shaft, and the depth of the hardened layer is 1mm-2.5mm. This heat treatment process is lower cost and meets the needs of the mid-range market.
Raw material conditioning treatment
The raw materials are quenched and tempered to increase the overall core hardness of the pin. After machining, the surface is subjected to intermediate frequency treatment. The hardening depth can reach 3mm-6mm. Finally, tempering treatment is performed to release the internal stress generated by the intermediate frequency and improve the quality of the pin. good.
Chrome plated surface
The surface of the pin is electroplated with hard chromium and is produced according to the thickness of the chromium plating required by the customer. The chromium-plated pin has extremely high hardness and has the advantages of anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
Surface galvanized
Electro-galvanizing is performed on the surface of the pin shaft. Colored zinc, blue zinc, blue and white zinc and other different styles can be electroplated according to customer requirements, which has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects.

Carburizing heat treatment
Our company's bushings all use carburizing heat treatment for heat treatment. The hardness is stable, the deformation is extremely small, and the depth can reach 0.8mm-1.5mm.
Manganese phosphating graphite spray coating
The entire bushing is treated with manganese phosphating, which has the advantages of anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and can reduce the friction coefficient between the bushing and the pin. Then a layer of graphite is sprayed on the phosphated inner diameter of the bushing, which greatly improves the lubricity and overall hardness.
Dyeing treatment
We can also surface-dye the bushings, most of which are pure black, but can also be dyed in brass, red, etc. according to customer requirements. Manganese based phosphating treatment
